Funding Opportunities
RFQs are an opportunity to share qualifications of your agency to provide program and services as a subcontractor or subrecipient of Pacific County. For this RFQ, Pacific County is seeking qualified public, non-profit, for-profit, By and For, and private contractors to submit their qualifications and interest in providing services under the HUD Continuum of Care (CoC) Youth Homelessness Demonstration Project Rapid Rehousing Program (YHDP RRH). The YHDP RRH program aims to support young adults ages 18–24 who are experiencing homelessness, at risk of homelessness, and/or are fleeing/attempting to flee domestic violence in Pacific and Wahkiakum Counties. 0.1% Housing Request for Proposals
The 0.1% Housing and Other Related Services RFP is an opportunity to share project proposals with Pacific County to request funding from Special Revenue Fund 195. Applications are due by August 31st by 5pm PST via email to dsheldon@co.pacific.wa.us.
Fund 195 was created pursuant to RCW 82.14.530. The Board of Pacific County Commissioners (BOARD) as the legislative authority of Pacific County to authorize a sales and use tax increase of not more than one-tenth of one percent, provided that Pacific County's proceeds from said increase shall be used to construct, rehabilitate, and acquire affordable and supportive housing and for housing-related purposes, including mental and behavioral health-related facilities, and for the costs for operations, maintenance, delivery, and evaluation of mental health programs and services, or housing-related services, all as permitted by state law."
